How long can a massage be?
We offer 30, 50, 70 and 100 minutes. Shorter works well for back and neck, longer for the whole body.
Can I choose a specific therapist?
Yes, at no extra charge. If you don't mind who you see, pick 'any therapist' and we'll assign the first one available.
Do I need to book ahead?
You can walk into Vodičkova and Koulova, subject to capacity. Thomasova is a private room rental with outcall massage, by appointment only. Booking takes under a minute and guarantees your spot.
How late are you open?
Daily from 8:00. Vodičkova and outcall run till 2:00 at night; Koulova and Thomasova close at midnight.
Do you come to homes and hotels?
Yes, across Prague daily 8:00–2:00. The therapist brings everything needed. Just book online or message us on WhatsApp.
Do I need an account?
No. A name and phone number are enough — you'll be done in under a minute.
How do I cancel or move a booking?
Call or message us on WhatsApp as soon as you can and we'll find a new time.
Can I get by in English?
Yes. You can book in Czech or English and you'll be understood at our locations.
How do I use a gift voucher?
Book online with the code from the voucher (the “I have a gift voucher” link in the booking, or the QR code on the voucher), call or WhatsApp us, or simply walk in and quote the code at the salon. The massage is paid; a longer massage is topped up on the spot. Valid 12 months at any Gold Hand salon in Prague.
