Bookings

You book without an account and without personal details — you get a booking code. E-mail and phone are optional — the e-mail brings your booking confirmation, the phone is used only if something changes; for outcall and for bookings more than a day ahead we need a phone number. A booking is an order of the service at the chosen time and location. Choosing a specific therapist is a free preference: we honour it whenever we can; occasionally another colleague from the team will look after you.

Cancellations and changes

Cancel or move your appointment by phone or WhatsApp. Please let us know as early as you can so we can offer the time to someone else.

Prices

The prices valid are those in the current price list on this site at the time of booking. Prices are listed in CZK and EUR. The price of the massage is final and is paid at the salon before your massage begins. For outcall massages, the therapist's travel cost is charged in addition to the price and is paid directly to the therapist.

Gift vouchers

A gift voucher bought online is valid 12 months from payment; once it has expired, contact us and we will assess the situation individually. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. A longer or more expensive massage than the one on the voucher is topped up at the salon at the list price. A lost code can be found by the buyer’s e-mail.

Privacy

We process only the details you give us: your name, phone number and e-mail are all optional (for outcall we need a phone number). We don't share your data with third parties for marketing and keep it only as long as necessary. You have the right to access, correct or delete it — just contact us. Address suggestions in the "Hotel or address" field for outcall bookings use the Mapy.com service (Seznam.cz, a.s.), which receives the text you type.

Bot protection

Our booking form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that bookings come from real people. Cloudflare processes technical data about your browser and device for this purpose only. See Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum: https://www.cloudflare.com/turnstile-privacy-policy/

Analytics

The site uses anonymous traffic analytics (Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager). It only runs with the consent you give in the cookie bar; change your choice anytime via "Cookie settings" in the footer. Your consent choice and your latest booking are remembered in your browser.
