How it goes
The stones are heated in water before you arrive. The therapist first massages the back with oil, then places warm stones along the spine and on the shoulders and leaves them while she works on the legs with smaller stones in her hands. Then the stones come off and she goes back into the now-warm back with her hands, deeper than before. Front, arms and feet follow, stones in hand. The weight and heat together do what hands alone take longer to do.
Who it's for
Chronic stiffness, people who always want "more pressure", cold days, long-held tension in the back.
Pick something else if… If you run hot or dislike weight on your back, Hot Oil gives the warmth without the stones. Not in pregnancy.
How long to book
50 minutes is the minimum — the stones need time. 70 is the proper version. 100 adds the full front.
